Apricot
Apricot (Prunus armeniaca), 2-10 m high, with thorns and a lint-free tree.
The leaves are long and lanceolate, toothed edges, and sharp or blunt tip. The flowers are white or pink in color, occur before the leaves. Over the fruit is hairy, yellowish-orange color is a drupe.
Apricot, instead of geographically distributed almost all over the world, though in countries that are very close to Mediterranean Europe, Central Asia, the United States and spread to Africa and find areas where growth. Turkey ranks first in the world apricot production. Turkey Spain, Italy, United States Community, Iran, France, Greece and the USA.
